Our Privacy Policy

The Spa Lady Fitness Center for Women has a very simple privacy policy: we will never give out personal information about any of our club members!  The only exception to this would occur in the event that a court order is issued as part of an ongoing legal matter, or if we're presented with a federal/state/local law enforcement warrant signed by a judge or a magistrate of a jurisdiction with proper authority.

Spa Lady collects email addresses and names as part of the free fitness trial promotion on our website.  That information is used only to identify and verify the legitimacy of the free membership passes generated from this website.  We also use an opt-in / opt-out email list based on submissions into the free membership system to let our customers know of important club news, announcements, and topics of interest that relate to health and fitness for women.  As stated in our privacy policy herein, email addresses remain in our possession only and are not given to anyone else.

Our goal is to help women like you reach their fitness goals safely, and to provide them with the best service that any women's health club can offer.  That includes safeguarding the privacy of our club members!
